HTC Sense for Android Quick Tip: Customize Sliders (Video)

If you’re using an HTC Android phone, you’re quite familiar with the “sliders” that are a common UI theme. They’ve been around since TouchFLO 3D (legacy Windows Mobile), and they allow you to easily scroll between various sub-sections of a given application. In previous versions of Sense UI, you couldn’t add or subtract these sliders, which is a shame, because out of the box you get many of them in apps like email and photo gallery. There’s a neat little feature, not easily discoverable, that lets you tweak the slider. You simply tap and hold on any of the buttons, as this video shows. Pretty neat!
