The new HTC One may not be launching until tomorrow, but at this point, you’d be excused for not realizing it wasn’t already out. As if the unstoppable torrent of leaks hasn’t been enough, we’re now seeing carriers themselves jump the gun, and Rogers up in Canada has already put its seemingly complete new One listing online.

Interestingly, the phone is referred to here as the “HTC One (M8),” just like it was in a Verizon leak from last week. While the “all new One” label that’s been bouncing around has seemed certain enough, we were surprised to see the phone’s codename M8 show up, especially now after we already had what we thought was a formal name for the phone. Seeing M8 again here at Rogers has us wondering if it might just be sticking around post-launch, and becoming a permanent component of the handset’s branding. Yes, it’s very weird to see a codename last like that, but it would also serve to help clear up some of this old One/new One confusion when referring to the two models.

A full assortment of specs is present, but even here the phone keeps some of its secrets – like how the main camera is just referred to as an “Ultrapixel” component without any mention of resolution. We do see a little about Duo Camera under the features rundown, and the description of being able to “choose what parts of the scene you’d like to emphasize, even after your shot has been taken” sure sounds like that Lytro-style refocusing we saw mentioned in a previous leak. Pricing info also seems to be missing, though screenshots indicate that it was around a little earlier today, suggesting Rogers may be in the process of taking this down.

Be sure to check in with us tomorrow morning for full coverage of the new One (M8) launch event.
