It was not too long ago that we saw the HTC Desire 820 go official and rounded up its specs, and now it’s hands-on time. We’ve checked out the 64-bit processor, the 5.5-inch HD screen, the BoomSound speakers, the powerful 8MP selfie cam, and the everything else. And it’s all available right down for you below in our HTC Desire 820 hands-on video.

One of the most unique features of the Desire 820 is the 64-bit architecture afforded by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 system-on-a-chip. As we mentioned, there’s a 720p display that’s big and bold, and the media experience is rounded out by the BoomSound speakers. And oh, the phone itself looks quite hot in our opinion – if glossy isn’t your thing, you even have options to buy matte versions of the phone.

We’ve included even more technical details about the phone in our first two posts (linked above), but for now, below is Michael Fisher taking our first look at HTC’s new mid-range flagship. We’d like to hear what you think about the phone as well, so chime in in the comments section below.
