Huawei’s chic phone lineup for select regions, Honor, has passed beyond its first anniversary in existence. The series currently has the Honor 7 (or the Honor 7i … and soon, the Honor 7 Plus) as bandleader. They’re “For the Brave,” Huawei claims, and it seems that the company isn’t afraid to execute brave software moves itself. Now, in addition to Chinese Honor devices, we now see Indian Honor devices getting ETAs to Marshmallow.

Not as fast as China, but hey: it’s a date.

Remember, this is Honor India putting out the message, not Honor EU. So, while the wait on these phones is tallying up to four months from Android M launch, we continue to wonder about the hit times for the rest of the phones on Huawei’s list for the rest of the world.
