Google Store extends financing to purchases over $149

It’s not just the Pixel phones that have gotten a fresh dose of financing help. Products from the entire Google Store are now eligible for financing in the US, backed by Synchrony Bank.

For purchases between $149 and $298 (before taxes), special financing can be obtained for a six-month period. 12-month financing can be obtained for shopping carts worth more than $299. Only the Pixels get 24-month financing. All terms have no APR if the balance is emptied within their terms. Beyond that and when applicable, the rate jumps to 29.99 percent with a minimum monthly charge of $2.

Oddly enough, the $129 Google Home is listed as a product that can be financed, but is not actually supported by the program when purchased alone.
