On our podcast this week, we talked about how we’ve seen the doldrums of the smartwatch lately. Pebble is about to cut loose a quarter of its employees. Discounts are flying for the Gear S2. But we’re still expected to believe that these things will be thing.

And so, the Google Store has decided to make some additions to its Android Wear ranks with the CASIO Smart Outdoor Watch getting its own product page. There’s no orders, pre-orders or anything going on, not even a monitoring service you could subscribe to, just a product page. Supposedly, this thing will be on sale tomorrow, so if you’re interested in it, you can bookmark the page.

Meantime, we find that the Fossil Q Founder has now gotten two new styles — Black with Rose Gold at $295 and a Two-Tone look for $315. It joins the existing Brown Leather and Stainless Steel options.

Lots of pretty stuff going around to let us know that the smartwatch is alive.
