If you’re one of the many users who enjoy the size and power of the Galaxy Note series, but don’t care one way or the other for the S Pen that comes with it, Samsung thinks it may have just the answer you’re looking for. When the company unveiled the Galaxy S6 edge back in April, we were captivated by its dual edge display, but is this new phablet just a blown up version of the same phone we’ve had for months?

Well, that’s what we intend to find out, as we begin our coverage of the Galaxy S6 edge+, alongside the Galaxy Note 5 unveiled at the same Unpacked event last week. Will the S6 edge+ suffer from the same lack of features that truly take advantage of the unique display as its smaller sibling? How will the battery life hold up with the same size battery powering a larger display? We’re not sure just yet, but our hands on video from the event gives a good preview of what’s to come.

But as always, we start off with the unboxing experience and what you’ll be looking forward to if and when you decide upon purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+. You can leave any questions or feedback of what we’re covering on the S6 edge+ in the comments down below. We look forward to hearing from you and to getting in deep with this and the Galaxy Note 5!

And be sure to tune into the Pocketnow Weekly for some deeper analysis of what we’re about to get into.
