The amount of rumors surrounding the Galaxy Note 7 is staggering. From new software features with Samsung Focus, to the possibility of new glowing notification tweaks, it seems Samsung is pushing hard for this phone to be different from the Galaxy S7. The rumors include the possibility of an Edge variant, but even that could change dramatically.

The Korea Herald reports that we might not get two variants, just one, and that it’ll be the Edge variant. The reasons for this are not really mentioned, but given the popularity of every single Edge variant that Samsung has launched since last year, it makes a ton of sense for Samsung to only bet its production on the hotter product.

It seems this might be the end of a possible Galaxy S7 edge+, but we all know that Samsung is anything but predictable.
