Samsung has done a fantastic job at keeping us at the edge of our seats with the Galaxy Note 4 announcement at IFA. The company’s recent advertisement focused on reminding us why the Galaxy Note lineup matters, and what we can expect for the future. One of the biggest upgrades that we’re expecting to see with the Galaxy Note 4 is in its camera, and even though we still don’t have any leaked Galaxy Note 4 samples, there are some that come close.

Lenovo has just launched the Vibe Z2 in Asia, and if you’re wondering why this has anything to do with the Galaxy Note 4, well, the answer will surprise you. The Lenovo Vibe Z2 was launched with a 16 megapixel Samsung ISOCELL camera sensor, and some optical image stabilization as well. If you remember, this is the same camera sensor that is expected to launch with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in the next few days.

In the following camera samples, you’ll see the sensor tested for day and night photography, and the results are quite impressive. Surely we can’t confirm if this means that the Galaxy Note 4 will include the exact same optics, but judging by these camera samples, we do hope they are just as good, or better.
