When we heard Samsung announce the Galaxy Camera 2 last week – getting an early start on all this CES hubbub – we were left scratching our heads a little. The thing was, looking at some of the hardware’s specs, we found it difficult to suss-out just how it improved over the first-gen Galaxy Camera, launched all the way back in 2012. Picking the Camera 2 up, if immediately became apparent: this new edition is noticeably lighter than its predecessor – and correspondingly, that much more portable.
