Users are taking to Twitter to tweet tempestuously about how for the fourth week in the #GetThanked campaign they weren’t able to access their stash of free perks. Some users were told by the app to come back on Tuesday, even though today is a Tuesday.

Some users got their free movie rentals, Frostys, Lyft rides and a free read of Bon Appétit magazine but ideally, we shouldn’t be seeing traffic issues boxing customers out. CEO John Legere suggests calling 611 or messaging the @TMobileHelp account for a fix.
