There are some apps that are just so terrible you can't help but review them. Flirtomatic is one of those apps.

Flirtomatic's tagline is Never underestimate the power of flirting . According to an email recently sent to the pocketnow tips line "Flirtomatic has become one of the most popular social mobile services used by young adults because it allows people to chat, interact and, of course, flirt any time, anywhere from the convenience of their mobile device. Now, Flirtomatic for Android has been launched and is available in the Android Marketplace, opening the safe, fun, free PG-rated service to a whole new audience eager to give their endorphins a workout, day or night."

The email goes on to clarify that Flirtomatic "is not a dating site". It is a mobile social service that is "easy to use" and gives users the ability to "engage with others on the level they choose". From the website or the app one can send a "wink", a "kiss" or a "supersnog".

The app is free, but you need to purchase "Flirt Points" to be able to interact with users. It also uses on-page ads which blend in with user profiles and aren't readily identifiable as ads (for shame!).
