Facebook Messenger Brings iPhone 5, iOS 6 Support, Alongside New Features

By Anton D. Nagy September 29, 2012, 2:31 am

Those who are using Facebook Messenger to keep in touch with friends, coworkers and family, and now have Apple's iPhone 5 should update their client to the latest version, which is now 2.o. The application now offers support for iOS 6 as well as the iPhone 5 and its taller screen resolution.

Aside from that it brings a feature which is already present on the Android iteration: swiping left unveils contacts that are available. You can pin favorite friends at the top of your list and once you start a conversation you'll see the new design for chats. There are also the usual bug fixes as well as improvements for performance and stability. Check with your App Store app, iTunes or follow the source link below to update.
