Elephone P9000 now on pre-sale for $270

We haven’t covered much Elephone news recently and all the news we have covered hasn’t exactly stacked up. The Vowney didn’t exactly go Windows 10 on us (or if it did, we haven’t been able to look up official releases about it) and the P9000, which was rumored to get a deca-core processor, has an octa-core processor.

But hey, at least the P9000 is finally out. The phablet has a 5.5-inch 1080p screen and is rounded by 1.6mm side bezels. A MediaTek processor runs the eight cores it has at 2GHz and is assisted by 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. There’s Android Marshmallow, USB Type-C, NFC, a fingerprint sensor and a 13-/8-megapixel camera setup. 1,000 units were made available to gearbest.com and the site’s pre-selling them for $270.

First units ship out February 20.
