LG has pushed out so many X phones recently — reasonably priced devices straddling the budget and mid-range sectors with a certain hardware or software specialty.

In the case of the X power, it’s a decent phone with a big ‘ol 4,100mAh battery and Quick Charge 2.0. Other than that we’re looking at an 8-megapixel main camera, 16GB of storage and 1.5GB RAM with a quad-core processor.

So, AT&T prepaid brand Cricket Wireless has decided to take it on, starting sales August 26 at $159.99 plus tax with a new plan activation. Those porting their number over to Cricket can get $30 off that price.

Unfortunately, we have no fun exercise routine to promote the phone this time around. That’s apparently only for the ZTE Grand X Max 2.
