In a new study that is posted in the news over at IntoMobile, cellular phones are found to cause kidney damage. According to the research:

Researchers found that low-level radiation – even lower than the dose we get from pushing a handset up against your face – caused the hemoglobin in red blood cells to leak out into the bloodstream. The hemoglobin build-up could eventually lead to heart disease and kidney stones, according to the researchers.

Take the research for its worth. There is still a dichotomy on whether cellular phone radiation causes brain cancer and that issue is no where near a resolution. If it’s true, if you protect your brain from radiation by using a headset, you’re no better off with your kidneys if said phone is left in your pocket.
