If you still count yourself among the loyal contingent of BlackBerry fans, what’s your favorite recent model? The full-touch Leap from earlier this year? Maybe the familiar design of last year’s BlackBerry Classic? Or what about the unique layout of the Passport? If you’re really feeling the Passport with its big square screen and hardware keyboard, you might want to pay attention to this fresh leak of the handset codenamed Oslo, which may just be a Passport in new clothing.

We’ve already seen one Passport variant, as AT&T smoothed-out the phone’s sharp corners for its own edition, and now Oslo may further iterate on that design, picking up a new metallic look.

While internals are rumored to be largely the same as the Passport, Oslo’s more than just a new color option, and we also pick up on a number of design changes here, like a very HTC-style speaker grille.

Reports suggest that BlackBerry may have broad international ambitions for Oslo, with plans for sales in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania. We haven’t heard anything about the Americas, but there’s a chance some details will emerge as we get closer to launch time. As for when that might be, it’s still anyone’s guess.
