There’s no doubt that many are looking forward to finally seeing HTC’s flagship phone hit AT&T’s line-up, even if that means having a dual-core Snapdragon-powered phone (opposed to the quad-core Tegra 3-powered non-LTE version).

According to the image above, Best Buy allegedly told one customer who placed a pre-order that the new release date for the AT&T HTC One X is now May 6. Still, until we hear official wording from AT&T, treat this with your usual dose of salt (especially that the phone and the SKU in the e-mail are nowhere to be found on Best Buy’s website. Still, pre-orders were possible in stores).
