Do you have a Beats Pill+? Apple’s second Android app is for you

Beats Electronics, operating under the Apple banner, has sustained its success in the audio hardware business and is still going on with its streaming radio service. Therefore, it seems as though Dr. Dre’s treasure shall be one of the first to go to the dark side: Android.

Specifically, this Android app from Apple — its second — complements the newly-released Beats Pill+, a $230 Bluetooth speaker. Some of the bells and whistles include basic audio controls over the woofer and tweeter, supervision over power levels, but also an interface to connect the Pill+ to two devices. If you have two Beats Pill+ speakers to play around with, you also have more control with the app.

It’s on the Play Store.
