Just yesterday we reported that users in Taiwan were the first to get the official Ice Cream Sandwich refresh available on their Asus Transformer TF101 tablets. Starting today, users in North America (US and Canada) who own WiFi versions of this tablet will also receive an over-the-air notification, according to reports; in case it hasn’t reached your device yet, make sure to manually check for the update.

Other users (those who own a 3G flavor or international variants) will just need to wait a little bit more. While the loss of root privileges was expected, more recent reports suggest the current update does not affect rooted devices, so you should be all set.
