Asus Brings Nokia E90 Styling to Windows Mobile

By Chuong Nguyen December 25, 2007, 3:53 am

The new Asus M930W sports a clamshell, dual-screen design that is reminiscent of the Nokia E90 Communicator. Known specs reported by Unwired View include a 520 MHz Marvel processor, WM 6 Professional (although it looks like WM 6 Standard to me), tri-band GSM/EDGE, single band UMTS/HSDPA (no North American love from Asus), 256/238 MB ROM/RAM, WiFi b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, mini USB 1.1, microSDHC memory card.

The inside display looks pretty small to me, but the outside looks good. There are dual cameras–one for video calling and the other as a standard camera.

This one is headed for a Q1 2008 European release. European readers will now have more choice in hardware. Similarly, there is also the Toshiba G920.
