Apple Support Article Details iTunes Match Availability

Apple launched its iTunes Match service internationally on December 16, the service where, after you pay $25 a year, iTunes will scan all of your music library and switch all of your downloaded or ripped music with fresh copies of the same songs from the iTunes store at higher quality bit rate.

Apple has posted the latest support article on iTunes Match; you can see that the offering is available in a total of 17 countries — it was initially available only in the U.S. in November — including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain. While you’re at it you might also want to check out the table showing the iTunes in the Cloud availability by country to see whether Music, Music Videos, TV Shows, Apps and Books is available to download if already purchased.
