Apple now selling unlocked iPhone 6s refurbs
If you don’t need the latest and greatest from the Apple world and, better yet, can live with lightly-used wares, Apple is now offering 2015 iPhone models through its Refurbished and Clearance store. Products offered through the store are Apple-warrantied for a year and ship for free.
The 16GB iPhone 6s, available in all four available colors, gets a $100 discount from its would-be current price (remember, last year’s models as sold through the Apple Store today had their storage levels doubled with the introduction of the iPhone 7) to $449 while the 16GB iPhone 6s Plus drops $100 to $529. The 64GB Plus model is also being offered for $110 off or $589.
The refurb devices, open seem only to be sold through the US only right now.
