Apple Music redesign gets firmed up at keynote

After opening up the keynote with talk show host James Corden and a Carpool Karaoke segment, — the standalone show will be on Apple Music later this year — Apple CEO Tim Cook opened up this event’s keynote with a bevy of musical updates.

The foremost of them is a major update to the user interface of Apple Music app. Most of what we’ve seen at WWDC has been implemented with tweaks since then.

Cook touted that Apple Music held 70 exclusives in the past year. Subscribers now tally at 17 million.
