If you’re not running Android on your Windows Phone, but like and want the vanilla lockscreen found on devices like the Nexus One and Nexus S, there’s a CAB for that. Zephnath, from XDA, has created a mod for the standard Windows Phone 6.5 lockscreen that decks it out in Android-like attire. It includes the familiar unlock slider (pulls from left to right), similar font for the time/date, and custom notification icons. Future versions will include: varied styles, advanced features, support for Energy ROM, and support for more resolutions. Wouldn’t it be cool if the developer somehow adds the profile toggling slider too? As always, head to XDA-Developers for the download (WVGA devices for now).
