In this episode of the Android Application Weekly we demonstrate some apps that will allow you to print to your network printer from your Android, listen to practically any music track, and find deals from many deal websites. To download these directly to your Android smartphone or tablet just take a picture of the QR-Code using Google Goggles or any other QR-Code scanner or click on the app title link to be taken directly to the Android Market.

Speedcar – A free application

SpeedCar is an endless progression game in which you race a car through traffic and avoid other drivers. Touch the screen to increase the speed by activating the turbo boost and gain more points. Pass speed checkpoints to set the upper limit of the speedometer. Use the accelerometer to turn from side to side to avoid the other cars and walls.

Lotza – A free application

Do you like to save money by using online deal websites? Lotza is a great app for anyone that uses money saving websites such as Groupon, LivingSocial, and more. Purchase deals directly from your Android smartphone and save them in your wallet for future use.

SocialDial – A free application

With SocialDial you can now call or text anyone you know on Facebook or LinkedIn. If they don’t answer, leave a message on built-in Voice Mail and it posts on their social networking page. Send free text messages worldwide and call anyone through a local relayed number. You no longer need your friend’s phone number to call them.

Spotify – A free application

Spotify is a great music app that brings millions of tracks to Android. Listen to the music over a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Save the tracks to playlists so you will be able to listen to the songs offline or find them quickly. If you haven’t tried Spotify before, you can try it for free on your mobile device for 48-hours. After the 48-hours you can log onto the Spotify website to extend the trial Premium for 30 days. The subscription price is $9.99 a month.
