The Acer Liquid is now available and is shipping in the UK; for those Brits who want the Snapdragon-powered Acer Android handset that is based off of the Windows Mobile neoTouch F1 design, the Liquid was recently unboxed. The device will be among the early devices to run Qualcomm’s zippier Snapdragon line of processors, following in the steps of the neoTouch and the HTC HD2.

The Liquid will meet stiff competition in 2010 as more Snapdragon and Android-based devices hit the market. HTC is rumored to come out with an Android Snapdragon phone and Sony Ericsson will be introducing the XPERIA X10.
