Pocketnow Live

This week was pretty busy, and in an unexpected way; we like it! We’re seeing new Google Play Edition devices — LG G Pad 8.3, Sony Xperia Z Ultra, Nexus 7 in white — and we’ve published our reviews of the Motorola Moto G and Nokia Lumia 1520.

If that’s not enough, Android 4.4.2 is being pushed out to Nexus devices — some didn’t even get the chance to grab the 4.4.1 update — and HTC is announcing a black version of its One Max phablet, given, for Hong Kong.

Spotify started offering free music streaming to mobile devices, and a new, Nokia-made 5.2-inch Windows Phone is being rumored.

All this, while we’re preparing for another installment of our sister-show, the Pocketnow VIP, where we’ll have the pleasure of being joined by Mark from SoldierKnowsBest.

These are our topics for today’s installment of the Live show. We can, of course, talk about anything else, really. It’s up to you, as long as you join us for our usual weekly casual time. Today, Friday, December 13, 10:00 AM EST (click for your own time zone).
