Three long months after it started selling on European shores, not to mention six excruciating months after its year-opening CES introduction, the Acer Liquid Jade Primo with Windows 10 Mobile pre-installed is finally up for grabs stateside at $650 unlocked.

Too… much, too late? It certainly appears so, especially given the 5.5-incher’s Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB RAM and Full HD screen resolution, all a tier or two below most recent Android high-enders.

Even within the humble W10M ecosystem, it feels hard to justify a Jade Primo purchase at $650 when you consider Lumia 950 and 950 XL’s price cuts of late. But Acer’s got a few tricks up its sleeve, bundling the phone with a display dock, keyboard, mouse, AC power adapter, and AC power cord by default.

All in all therefore, you’re only paying around $500 for the Acer Liquid Jade Primo itself, which is pretty reasonable, 21 and 8MP cameras, 32GB expandable storage, 4G LTE support, USB Type-C connectivity, and 2,870 mAh battery including.

The accessories are of course needed to take your Windows 10 productivity to the next level, i.e. the big screen, courtesy of Continuum capabilities. If you’re into that sort of thing, that is.
