There are two ways to run Windows 10 Mobile on your smartphone. You either install it on a hardware released previously (if you can, and if there’s an update out there), or you experience it out of the box on the latest and greatest smartphones powered by Redmond’s mobile operating system. So far, about the only two phones (and flagships) that came with Windows 10 Mobile out of the box were the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950XL, from Microsoft.

However, you can now experience Windows 10 Mobile on Acer’s latest, the Liquid Jade Primo, announced back at the 2015 IFA. And, to make things more attractive, Acer’s throwing in the docking station, keyboard and mouse. Specs-wise, it is comparable with the Lumia 950 (not XL), with a Full HD resolution screen, hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM count, 32GB of internal storage, microSD support, USB Type-C connector, and 21MP rear-facing camera coupled with an eight-megapixel selfie shooter.

We go hands-on with this Windows 10 Mobile phone, to get our first impressions, hoping they’re better than what we’re used to.
