Acer Introduces E1 Mid-Range Android

If you’re into mid-range Android phones, like Acer thinks you are, then you might be interested in the latest member of the Acer E family of phones, the E1. It runs Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean but the price is yet unannounced, something which could make this phone very attractive, or on the contrary.

The specs aren’t that bad: there’s a 4.5-inch display with qHD 540 x 960 resolution, a 1GHz dual core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD card slot), five-megapixel main shooter and a 1,760mAh battery to power it all. Phone measures 132 x 68.5 x 9.9 mm, and weighs 130gr. We’ll be sure to check it out closely on the MWC show floor in a month from now.
