According to the Windows Phone 7 Facebook app page, there are currently 504,972 monthly active users which is more than double the number the page reported three months ago when there were around 209,000.

Before we argue about whether the number is big, small or just about right, we need to point out that, given Windows Phone 7′s Facebook integration in the People Hub — with the ability to check and update statuses, pictures, like and comment — not every Windows Phone 7 user has downloaded and used the dedicated Facebook app. Nevertheless, the noteworthy fact here is that there is a continuous growing trend similar to that of the applications in the Marketplace, indicating the slow but sure popularity increase of the platform.
