Hot on the heels of the CDMA Nokia Lumia 800 headed to China in March — alongside other Windows Phones — comes a report according to which Microsoft’s upcoming platform refresh, codenamed Tango, will be launching in China during the next month.
After an MWC unveiling, Windows Phones from Nokia, HTC, LG and ZTE will be available with Tango — an update which could basically run on any current WP7 hardware — which is said to have some of its services removed. Twitter and Facebook will be replaced with market-specific applications for social networking but at the end of the day, it’s the largest smartphone market in the world.
