Everybody really loved that first new “What if” commercial for Windows Phone 7 which started really showing off what Windows Phone 7 is capable of. The other day a new one was released that has the same type of style and theme but goes on to ask “When was the last time your phone surprised you in a good way?” You’ll see some quick showing off of Netflix streaming, Microsoft Office, and some impressive Xbox Live gaming features.
