Windows Phone 7′s New Build 7753 Appears Again

You might remember how some of our readers noticed a new button in a video we posted about a new version of Windows Phone 7 running on an HD2. There was a search-style icon button on the programs listing screen of a second HD7 Windows Phone that was caught in the background. Well, this time, the search button appears in Italy on an LG Optimus 7 belonging to Windows Phone Italy commenter “Huggye”. He posts a picture in the comments saying (via Bing translation), “look who came to me with the node that button.” In other words, apparently, this user’s automatic Windows Phone 7 March Update (NoDo) actually added this mysterious search button to the home screen and applications listing. What’s even stranger is that this does not appear on all LG Optimus 7 users’ updated phones.

UPDATE: Windows Phone Italy has discovered that this user’s device was updated to build 7.0.7753.0, which is definitely a higher number than the normal 7390 build that we equate with the NoDo March update.
