One of the major drawbacks of Windows Phone 7 – as of what we knew up until now – and the most important thing lacking that users and the community complained about was the Copy/Paste functionality or, to be more precise, the lacking of.
Joe Belfiore, Corporate Vice President Windows Phone Program Management just announced at the Windows Phone 7 keynote that Copy/Paste, “a feature that we initially did not put in our development schedule” will arrive to Windows Phone 7 handsets early 2011 via a software update so that everyone who will be buying Windows Phone 7s this holiday can stay reassured that the functionality will be added. So, looks like the smart data detection service advertised for a while know, said to recognize street addresses, numbers, URLs and so on will be either supported or replaced by the good old classic Copy/Paste coming to a Windows Phone 7 near you early 2011. So, what else on your Cons list do you want to see added or changed?
