The Nokia Lumia 800, as you probably know by now, is available in black, cyan and magenta, the colors the Nokia N9 was initially available in. There were some rumors about possible future colors but, due to the picture quality, it wasn’t certain whether we’re looking at the Lumia 800, the Lumia 900 or another phone.
According to reports, Nokia’s software for browsing firmware releases features two new firmwares for a certain white version of the phone (mock-up at the top). One of those can be seen in the screenshot below, dedicated to a version listed for Switzerland and the other is reportedly for a Portuguese version.
Nokia has announced a white version of the N9 back at the end of October last year. If the Lumia 800 follows suit (just like it borrowed the launch colors) we could imagine Nokia outing a white variant of the Windows Phone, with or without the glossy finish (rather than a matte one) on the white N9.
