Vodafone Australia seemed to be Mango-ready last week when we told you the carrier has finished testing the Mango update and was waiting for Redmond’s green light. That light will come this autumn according to Microsoft and the season officially starts on September 22/23.
According to recent reports, the Vodafone group will start rolling out the Mango update for the Windows Phones in its line-up on Wednesday, September 21. It will be gradually rolled out to all phones until the end of September when all Vodafone-branded Windows Phones will get their Mango treat. If this turns out to be true, than Redmond gave it the go and we should hear official wording from Microsoft soon.
