Sprint already launched the HTC Arrive (aka HTC 7 Pro) as the world’s first CDMA Windows Phone 7 so, Verizon’s HTC Trophy, whenever it might be launched, can only be second, but it should be any time now!
There were rumors that Big Red will announce the HTC Trophy two days from now, that is on March 24, and we really hope the date stands still. Nevertheless, last November’s special offer for Microsoft employees on the Trophy is extended at least according to Verizon’s website.
Microsoft employees will receive from Verizon a $100 bill credit per line when renewing their existing agreement for another 2 years plus a 100% reimbursement from Microsoft to cover the device costs. Additionally, Verizon throws in a leather case and a car charger.
While the offer is, beyond any doubt, irresistible, we’d be more interested as per when this NoDo device will be available for the masses. Regardless if it’s March 24 or April 1, it should be just about time!
