Available for free in the Marketplace since October 21, Twitter Inc. has just announced their official Windows Phone 7 application a new addition to their mobile family.

The dedicated application for the brand new Redmond mobile platform features timeline view, suggested users, messages and lists as well as the ability to sign up for a new account from within the app itself. Built with the Metro UI guidelines in mind and respecting them to the letter, Twitter for Windows Phone 7 brings Pivots to the user featuring left – right swipe gestures for accessing different categories or types of information, like flipping through timeline, mentions and direct messages.
