SurfCube is a standout among third party web browsers for Windows Phone 7 because of its unique 3D effects. We went hands-on with the initial version when it launched back in December, and found it to be an interesting experience. Since then, users have been hoping to see support for tabbed browsing and a more responsive control scheme. It looks like the developer is attempting to comply with those wishes in the upcoming 2.0 update, which is due to hit the Marketplace this month. Check out the new joystick navigation option and tab features in the demo below. Will these additional features prompt you to give SurfCube another shot? Feel free to drop some feedback in the comments.
Note: current 1.3 version in the Marketplace is $1.99.
