The expectation is high around Nokia and its first Windows Phone. Stephen Elop just told the world that we’ll see “first products based on windows this quarter”. There were plenty of rumors flying around the first Nokia device running the Redmond platform and now the Finnish company’s CEO talks about “products” (plural).
Everyone is expecting a major announcement at Nokia World 2011 in London this October 26-27 and the most talked-about candidate is the Nokia SeaRay, a Windows Phone variant of the MeeGo-powered Nokia N9. But how about that plural used? Could Nokia also unveil the Nokia Sabre Windows Phone which Microsoft Canada recently leaked? We’ll have to wait three more weeks to (officially) find out!
