While CDMA devices were nowhere to be seen when the Windows Phone 7 launch devices were unveiled, we knew that Sprint would be selling the coveted HTC 7 Pro in early 2011. A tweet from the official Sprint account has perhaps given us insight into the company’s other plans for Windows Phone 7 devices in 2011. When asked if there would be any non-keyboard Windows Phone 7 devices coming, Sprint replied “Sure! Many.” While this answer is a bit ambiguous, it’s a good indication that Sprint is going to be placing some big bets on Windows Phone 7 next year, thanks to the relatively solid momentum the platform is experiencing already in 2010.
