The HTC Arrive is Sprint’s Windows Phone — a carrier variant of the HTC 7Pro with CDMA radio installed — and it shipped with Windows Phone 7 NoDo update out of the box. It will allegedly receive its 7392 update next week on May 24, according to a leaked screenshot.
Though not much can be read from the image above, the update is referred to as 1.29.651.02 security update. We’re positive this is the 7392 update — aka May update — that fixes Internet Explorer’s vulnerability caused by those fraudulent certs. Microsoft started distributing the update on May 3 and we can say Sprint is doing a good job delivering the update after three weeks (still inside the month name of the update) but then again, this is Sprint’s first update for Windows Phone 7.
