Michael Gannotti and Brent Whichel have posted a video showing how to transfer a Microsoft Lync conference call session from a Windows 7 Tablet PC to a Windows Phone 7. It would seem this workflow could work with any phone, however we have heard rumors of a Microsoft Lync client coming specifically to Windows Phone 7 in the future. We expect that to bring more features and better integration with Microsoft’s Lync services, but in the meantime, you can also try out a 3rd party Lync client for Windows Phone 7, or just use the transfer call button in Microsoft Lync on a Windows 7 Tablet PC as seen in the below video.
