After 10 long months, Resco has updated their Windows Mobile Pocket Radio app to 3.0 beta (previously 2.02). With the new version comes a fresh graphical interface, alarm clock, easier adding of new stations, scheduler/recording function with list feature, widened selection of radio stations, adding of user enabled radio stations, and more.
With Windows Phone 7 devices not being available for Verizon or Sprint customers until 2011, it’s good to see WM 6.x still getting support by popular app makers like Resco because it’s going to be a longer wait than expected for the new breed of Windows Phone (at least for some of us). You can download Resco Radio 3.0 beta for free and it will remain fully functional for 30 days after installation. Head over to the Resco forums for the CAB file.
