Back in the early days of Windows Phone, Microsoft had a “Where’s My Phone Update?” page which was constantly updated with new information to help users identify the status of updates by make, model, country and carrier. It was later yanked as it became difficult to maintain because of the complexity of the entire update process.
This didn’t stop Nokia from making a similar page for the Lumia 800 for instance. Following the source link below you will land on a page where you can select your region and then your country. Then, just look up your carrier to see if a certain update is “available”, “waiting for approval”, or “not available”.
