Windows Phone Tango — the platform iteration which should pave the way for lower-end, cheaper devices in markets and hopefully help Microsoft and its partners sell volumes — on phones is nowhere to be seen but applications slowly get Tango support.

The Microsoft weather app is a popular one and, according to Mike Battista, it has been built once again from ground up. In addition to newly added features, the main difference is that now it offers support for Windows Phone Tango and it complies with its limitations.
