After starting the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update roll-out on September 27, Microsoft has released the Windows Phone SDK 7.1 Release to Web (RTW) for anyone to grab.
In addition to the SDK published in August that allowed developers to prepare Mango-ready applications, the new SDK brings some finishing touches, bugfixes, and seven additional release languages. You’ll now be able to code in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese. Head over to the source link to download the tools.
