In order for users to no longer miss out on great applications or games in Windows Phone Marketplace, Microsoft has launched the Marketplace Extra section of its Windows Phone website.

The purpose of the website is to help users “discover handy, fun, and other pinworthy apps and games”. Opposed to the automatic filtering on the Windows Phone Marketplace, the Marketplace Extra picks are selected by a team rather than a script. There will also be app news, reviews, videos, and more so make sure to head over to the source link and get to know the new page.
